Celebrating over 45 years in the beauty and fashion industry, Novak is known as the definitive yardstick of personal style by which all others are measured. Novak's sage approach to "Total Beauty" was initiated from inception to the industry. This was witnessed with his win in the Bronner Brothers Total Male Image Competition of Atlanta very early in his career.

As a fashion marketing major, his entry into the industry began with men's retail apparel, tailoring, and design. His desire to share his unique expertise in creating the perfect image for men and women led him to being a prominent personal stylist among the most affluent markets throughout the nation, such as Steve Harvey, Michael Jordan, and local television personalities.  It was at this juncture that he added make-up to his roster of skills in the beauty industry and partnered with Fashion Fair Cosmetics, among others.

His strong features and zealous encouragement from friends and colleagues, allowed for his debut into the world of fashion as a male model in both the U.S. and Europe. His success in Europe was documented in an eight page exclusive editorial in the former Italian magazine Mondo Uomo.

Because of his love and thirst for knowledge in teaching others how to build a complete image, Novak embarked onto another frontier in beauty by becoming a board certified cosmetologist. Upon graduating from  world renowned Pivot Point International Academy at the top of his class, Novak assisted the top stylists in Atlanta, Tom Harris, Scott Julian, Rochelle (Rochelle, Rochelle Salon) and attended trainings by top national stylists such as Barry Fletcher, Rob Willis, and John Atchison. He then became a national platform artist with the Ricci International Team representing Ricci Fixx Design, and Helena Troy Hot Tools.

Novak's entrepreneurial spririt causes him to reinvent the salon experience for his upscale clientele. Although his salon offers traditional salon services, his focus lies in helping clients achieve complete beauty. By adhering to "Beauty From A Logical Prospective", Novak is causing his growing patronage to realize that beauty is an inside job and that true beauty comes from understanding self. This aspect of beauty lets a person make better decisions and establish goals for the image they seek to be recognized by.
